This course uses lecture, demonstrations, and video with hands-on training and practice. Students in this course learn to recognize and respond to emergencies including, but not limited to, shock, cardiac, and breathing emergencies for adults, children, and infants. Students have the option to gain First-Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
